- Intense earthy flavour
- Start with a small amount
From pack to plate
Getting started is easy.
01
Measure a small amount
For a culinary trial, start with around 1 g per preparation and adjust to taste. This is a suggested cooking quantity, not a daily intake recommendation; follow the pack instructions.
02
Avoid lumps
First dissolve it in a tablespoon of water or your liquid base, then add the rest. A blender helps achieve an even mixture.
03
Balance the flavour
Banana, mango, lemon, cocoa and yoghurt pair well with its earthy character. For a savoury sauce, start with a pinch.
Try these at home

Look after your pantry
Good storage matters too.
Keep the bag closed, away from light, heat and moisture. Do not use wet spoons. Make mixtures just before consuming.
Always check the ingredients, allergens, batch number, best-before date and pack instructions. Recipes may contain allergens from other ingredients.
Before you begin
